Yes, during warmer months, we take extra care in packaging the products prone to heat. we will place extra insulated packaging around the prone products at no extra charge. Please be aware that there is still a risk for warm weather for these products. Please select expedited shipping and try not to order late in the week.

If you accidentally leave your beard butter in your car and it melts, don't worry! This has happened to all of us, including me. The good news is there's a quick and easy way to bring your butter back to a solid state.
1. As soon as possible, grab a metal straw, wooden skewer, chopstick, or something similar, and give the butter a good stir. Sometimes when the butter melts, the oils and butters can separate due to their different properties. Mixing them will ensure all the ingredients are combined again.
2. Immediately after stirring, put the lid back on and place the container in your refrigerator. Let it sit there for several hours or until it has become solid. Be sure to check as the top can look solid but the middle is still liquid. For faster results, you can place it in the freezer for 30 min, but no longer than that.
3. Check on the butter, and as soon as it is back to a solid state, you can start using it again. Note that the butter may look different as the separation can change its color and texture. Don't worry, the butter is still effective and retains all its benefits.
4. If you want to restore it to its original state, pour the liquid butter into a metal mixing bowl and place it in the freezer or fridge. When the butter reaches a semi-solid, pasty state, take it out and use a hand blender to blend it until it reaches a whipped cream consistency and turns white. Then, put the butter back into its original container and place it in the refrigerator for several hours until it returns to its complete butter state.
